NO MUSIC, NO LIFE

今月は沢山CDを買ってしまいました
所謂デスクトップ・ワークが多いし、通学にも時間がかかるから、そういったなんとなく
過ぎていく時間を豊かにするためにも音楽は必要不可欠！
最近は忙しいことも相まって、激しい曲を聴くと心が荒むので、専らドリームポップ
浮遊感がたまらない！です

I bought lots of CDs this month.
I spend time mostly in front of desk or on the train,
so to make those hours more pleasant, music is crucial!
I'm really busy these days, so I'm thirst for dreamy music.
I like trippy feeling of slowdive, ride, cocteau twins etc...

遅くなりましたが、3月25日～28日にシンガポールの"ION Orchard"にて行われた"Asia Pacific YoYo Championships"について書こうと思います。
…と言っても全部書いてるとキリが無いので、一部抜粋って感じで！

結果的に言うと、すごい楽しかった！！です。
一文無しで現地に凸ったり（飯塚氏、ケンゴ氏、非常に助かりました！）、出発前にゴタゴタしてて演技の構成無かったりと若干のトラブルはあったものの、結果的には決勝の舞台に立てたし、現地の皆さんやアジア各国の皆さんと交流できて、非常に幸せなひと時を過ごせました。
大会終了後直ぐに帰国するのではなく、僕は4月1日まで滞在したのですが、正解でした。
シンガポールは観光していて飽きません。飯も日本人の我々も美味しく食べられますし。
チキンライスは絶品！YAMIヨーグルトは夢に出てくるレベル。
（ただ、たまに香辛料が強すぎるものや妙な清涼感があるものもありましたが。）

非常に簡単になりましたが、ヨーヨーをやっている人は是非一度APに行くことをお勧めします。
絶対行け！って言いたいくらい楽しいですし、それだけの収穫もあると感じています。

Hi everyone!
Long time no update, but this time I'd like to blog about Asia Pacific YoYo Championships held on 25 through 28 March, at ION Orchard in Singapore.
I wanna tell everything, but that's too much so I　can tell only a few.

I had so much fun through AP!!
There were some accidents but I could play on finals' stage, I could exchange tricks with Asian players, I could have fun with everyone there.
I was so happy!!
After AP, I stayed there till 4/1 and enjoyed sightseeing.
Singapore is so good place! There are lots of places to hang around.
Foods are great. I wanna live there!

I really recommend you to participate in AP!
AP is so fun and so meaningfull.

I'd like to thank Spinworkx, sponsors, players to support such a great event.
Also, I thank CLYW, TAKA-san, Shiga-san, and all of my friends for the support.
I'll definitely be there again! See you next AP!

going to Singapore

シンガポールに行ってきます！
Asia Pacific YoYo Championship, 略してAP。
ヨーヨーのアジア大会に出場してきます！

実は初渡航。楽しみ！
飛行機で酔わなければいいけど…


I'm going to Singapore to participate in Asia Pacific YoYo Championship(AP).
This is my first trip abroad. Now I'm getting excited!
I hope I won't be sick on the airplane.

クラゲがうちに来た！

かっこかわいい！

実はこれ、スピーカーなんです。正確には、サブウーファー。
こいつの他に棒みたいなツイーターが一対！
だからSoundsticksだって。
今はμDACに繋げてPCスピーカーにしてるけど、そこそこいい音を奏でます。
まだ低音が暴れてるから、もうちょいエージングしたらより良くなりそう。

デザインで買ったけど、良い買い物だったと思う！


Do you think what this is? It's like a jellyfish...

The answer is, a subwoofer of the speaker system,
 Harman Kardon's SoundsticksII.
With this unique-shaped subwoofer, the system has two stick-ish tweeters.
Now they are connected to PC through DAC, and they sound pleasantly.
But bass is a little bit noisy so I think I need some more burn-in.

Anyway, it was a nice purchase!

March 5 ~11

今月5日より約一週間、中部地方に小旅行？に行って来ました
当初の予定は、愛知県北岡崎のAPITA店頭デモの仕事だったのだけども
近いからいいや～的なノリで、三重のケンゴ宅にお邪魔
あいつ寝に来たんじゃないか、という噂が立つくらい、寝てました
夕方寝て、深夜に起きて、散歩、とか、自由人！
特筆すべきは、最終日の自然探検！笑
幼い頃の冒険心を思い出しました
誰かも言ってたけど、今年入って一番楽しかった、かも
また半年後くらいに行きたいなー

I've been in Central Japan for about a week.
At first, my opportunity of the trip was to demonstrate Hyper YoYo at store in Aichi.
But Kengo's house is near Aichi so I decided to visit him after demo.
I slept a lot at Kengo's house! lol
I went to bed around five p.m. and woke up midnight.. then hung around outside!
I felt so much freedom.
Most interesting thing was, the adventure on the last day of the trip.
There's beautiful nature left in Mie.
I felt like I was back to my childhood.
I wanna visit Mie again, hopefully in 6 months.

今年新装、発売されたハイパーヨーヨーのデモンストレーターのバイトをしています。
その仕事で、名古屋に行ってきます。楽しみだなー。仕事なのだけども。
イベント後は多分自由なので、ついでに大阪行こうかと。その後三重？
例に拠って、無計画です。

I have a part time job as a demonstrator of new Hyper Yo-Yo.
I got a chance to go to Nagoya for an event. Now I'm excited!
This trip is for a job, though.
I think I'm free after the event, so I'm planning to go to Osaka, and possibly Mie, too?
Who knows. No plan as always.

いい曲だなー
シューゲイザーってジャンルの音楽が好きです。
ギターをわざと歪ませて、ノイズを美しく聞かせる。
なんかかっこいい。なんか惹かれる。遠い所へトリップできそう。

I like "shoe gazer" musics.
They make their guiter sound distorted, and make noises beautiful.
Somehow cool, somehow fascinating. I sometimes feel I could fly away.
