WYYC is over

昨日は世界大会を終えてフロリダより帰国したyoyorecreationの城戸健吾氏を筆頭とする
入船選手、徳渕選手、藤坂選手を、深夜に橘選手と迎え？楽しい一時を過ごしました。

世界大会組の土産話を聞く度に世界大会なんで行かなかったんだろう…と後悔するとともに
すごくモチベーションが上がりました。しかし今は院試前なのでもう暫く辛抱 です。

さて、本年の世界大会。専門である1Aに関してのみ言うと、なかなかの波乱があったように
思います。全体的に見ると、選手の二極化が進んでいるように思いました。
敢えて詳しくは言及しません。

以下印象的だった演技をいくつか

1A予選の荻選手。ガンギマリ

CLYW 時代の元チームメイト、Sebastian Brock。Gleipnir を使用した様子。
再びチームメイトとなることがあるのでしょうか？期待。


Team IrPad からは藤坂選手、飯塚選手、徳渕選手の3名が出場し、藤坂選手が決勝で6位
入賞、と健闘しました。


いやあ。行きたかった！
次の大きな大会は44CLASHでしょうか。参加できるようにまずは目下の院試をクリアでき
るよう努力しようと思います。

I and Yasuki hanged out with Kengo Kido, Hiro "roan" Irifune, Akitoshi Tokubuchi
and Tatsuya Fujisaka last night. Yes, They are just back from Orlando! They told
me about what they had experienced during WYYC. I was jealous of them. I wish
I had been there! But I have an important exam up coming... Maybe next year I'll
go to World's!

This year, 1A went crazy... I found most FS could be sorted into 2 types. I'd rather
not to talk about it right now.

Ryota Ogi's 1A prelims were just insane. who can beat him in 1 minute?
Zach Gormley has some mad skills.
Sebastian Brock used yoyorecreation "Gleipnir" for his FS. I hope him to be in the
same yoyo team again! (if possible)

Next big contest might be 44CLASH. In order to attend it, I have to study harder to
pass the exam!
